Page 35 had one tab attachment (35.1). Attachment 35.1 has writing on both sides and is a revised version of the text which it concealed. In the process of re-writing Jefferson added a lengthy, additional footnote (marked by a dagger) that continues from the recto to the verso of Attachment 35.1.
