Rudolph F. Pierce


Pierce began his legal career as an associate in the Boston law firm of Crane, Inker & Oteri after graduating from the Harvard Law School in 1970. He later served as a Magistrate in the United States District Court and as a Justice of the Superior Court, before resigning to return to
private practice. He is now a partner in the Boston law firm of Goulston & Storrs. In 1989, Pierce became the first African American president of the Boston Bar Association.
