Activity Book
Abigail's War is a student activity book based on letters exchanged between John and Abigail Adams. It promotes writing and mathematical skills at the same time as it helps students relate to the world of the American Revolution (please see the Rationale for a detailed explanation). Following a lesson introducing primary sources, the book offers exercises on the Battle of Bunker Hill, wartime economy, and everyday life on the Revolutionary War home front.
