[ This description is from the project: Boston Massacre ]

James Bowdoin, Samuel Pemberton, and Joseph Warren, having been elected by the town of Boston to do so, write to Dennys De Berdt of the situation eighteen days after the Massacre. At the time, De Berdt was the agent in London from the Massachusetts House of Representatives. The letter details the information compiled for a deposition, summarizes some of the events, and reports on the secret trip of Loyalists to London to state the case immediately to representatives of the crown.
